Pity they chose ultramodern for what i assume was the staging. It's a bit jarring with the building. Something unfussy but eclectic might have been a better choice, if you wanted to avoid it looking too "period", which the building clearly, immaculately, is. (Or that currently dreaded thing in the Decorator World, like your Great Aunt's.) But If you don't like that at all, then this building isn't for you. Pretending it's the modern building of your dreams, with a modern, suburban living room isn't going to work. This building should be cherished, for the wonderful thing it is, by people who appreciate that. This doesn't at all feel like an apartment, it feels like a lovely house. With, i'm sure, a pretty unlovely, massive price tag. So it will be bought by whoever can afford it. Such is life.

Pre-war buildings, no modern buildings compares from a charm perspective.
Beautiful but the room by room presentation made it difficult for me to visualize the layout of the floorplan.
