You can nerf wizard, but you cannot nerf me.

Finally a ignite wiz that actually uses throwing knives. Been watching a lot of wizards using ignite but ignoring throwing knives.
They don't ignite; at least I loved the idea and tried it and got no sign of it working on dummies

I think it's still gonna be a good alternative build but these nerfs should make it not so gamebreaking in solos

They only nerfed base dmg. When you’re using an actual gear set the nerf is like -5 dmg. Basically they did nothing and nerfed base kit for the ninth time.

Do you play with magic staff only to be able to carry a crossbow or is it really better than quarterstaff ?

physical damage on this staff is just stupidly high to begin with really, maybe that will become clear now

What if you replaced staff mastery with sword mastery from fighter tree and used crystal sword?
Its good enough even without sword mastery. Might be better to try and get tanky perks like robust
