That's some beautiful water there Most every place worth carp fishing here in Central Texas is a mud hole so the carp don't get those nice dark colors. Enjoyed the video.
@@83jbbentley Im in Hewitt, fish the Brazos in Waco mostly, but I've fished lake Belton a couple times, thing is there's so much water in both Belton and Stillhouse it's hard to find where they're at lol

Thank you, I was stationed at Ft. Hold back in the day and fished Lake Belton and Stillhouse heavily.

Kevin Clements yes, if it’s a cool day they can stay out a while long as you keep water on them.
okay I thought they had to be immersed ! The groupers & snappers we'd catch when I was a kid would die pretty quickly
