I love this game, but it just feels so hard to love most of the times as it feels like nexon doesnt want us to play the game but just give them money.
@@Lightmurder the whales can live in normal but reboot is the only sustainable way to play for 99% of gamers. Even if you make 100k a year or more why waste thousands of your dollars in maple just to play the game. Reboot is the future
My first ever character was an archer, back in EMS in 2006. Still got that character and im almost at 35k Dex (Lv 257/Luna). Bossing is really simple and amazing with this class. We dont have our own bind, nor an i-frame, but we do have several tools to stay alive, like Quiver Cartridge, Blink Shot and Silhouette Mirage. Im usually bossing without the need of any potions. Grinding is also easy going with Arrow Blaster and Erda Shower, covering wide parts of the map. The mobility isnt super amazing, but you cover the map with with skills anyway, so theres not much need of jumping around. I highly recommend checking BM out as a bossing mule for example, its really enjoyable to play!
Bro if Wind Archer could move while using Song of Heaven, bruhhh. I would love that. I use one as a bossing mule, and I love it to death. Super ez to farm too ngl. Tornadoes for days fam.
I'm playing BM since I came back a month ago because I made a lvl 200 BM in Mardia years ago. I'm just glad they aren't D tier like I figured they would be.
Two years ago you put Bowmaster into C-tier when you made a tierlist and I came to your stream and asked you about it. Glad to see you've changed your mind since and embraced the best archer class!
You play bowmaster because because they're a strong bosser. I play bowmaster because they're the first class I ever created. We are the same. Enjoy playing them! :D

@@Dnite13 like what cause i used the dawn warrior and it lagged i 1shot the enemies but they die after some time or when i try to go to ano9ther place the sound works but i still dont treverse
99.9% of players are not grinding untily level 274, look at the stats for boss completion, its crazy the amount of people who play this game only up till lotus and damien, since grinding on this game is purposefully annoying and unintuitive to grind
havent play MS since 2013. Lost my bowmaster and all characters for that matter. Im so lost with whats going on lol. glad to see bowmaster on top still
@@CDLightt When you've got 6 buff abilities all with 2min CD's, being able to macro them in sets of 3s would be nice, whether the job is the laziest or not. Instead we're just mashing each one hoping that we don't miss one whether because of animation timing, lag or something wonky cause the game is old.

@@EroticTwink there are two silhouette setting, one for monsters and one for you. I'm not in the game right now so I can't tell you where exactly it is but it's just somewhere in the menu, you can find it in a few seconds tho.
Can you make a video on good low funded bossing mules? I made a bow master for hyper burning ( it hasn’t been too difficult as a player with low legion ) and now I want to make my first boss mule.
In my opinion Gods rn are: DW, DrkKnght, Bucc, any bow class except wild and mercedes (just make sure the class has 1 trio), DB, Bishop (ez carries too), DS!!, maybe shad

@@weeweeyes In my opinion, if 0 fund is given (at least go for epic 6% att for wse and stat for gear and try to save nodes to upgrade trio) go for a warrior. DW/DRK/DS they all have OP stats to begin with and they can straightforward solo cra at 220 (or even 215) with no problem (no legion needed). They dont even require node slots but DRK does require erda bind therefore needs 220

Sigh… how good it’ll be if BM is as strong in MapleStory Mobile… In MapleStory Mobile it’s weak like heck! Low lines in both multitarget and single target… only good in mobbing… may be they should rename BM as Bow Mobber in MapleStory M. 😢
I wish Wind Archer got some more love. Yeah we have pretty good survivability and can cheese some boss mechanics with the crystal, but it still hurts to see all these other archers outperforming us

@ersc1995 it's a great bossing mule if you can go up to normal lomien. The majority of the harder endgame bosses, you'll need significant funding compared to other classes since there's not really a burst.
Speaking of Legion, I realized you need 6000 levels to unlock the full grid... My account is over a decade old and I only have 2100... I felt a sense of despair when I discovered this. I will never reach end game, I don't think I'm even at the mid game. Even though I am level 230.
Dont worry leveling legion isnt that bad, me and my 2 friends started on reboot around a month ago and now we all have between 2300 and 3200 legion. Just set a goal like 1 character a day to 100 or 90 and then leave them at zak till 140 it hasnt been nerfed yet, our goal is to get to 6k pre nerf and then just leave the characters at around 150 farming horntail
nexon needs to understand there are two types of players in this game, those with a life, who wont grind on 30 characters to level 200 that they dont even enjoy, and those that will do anything to progress in the game, the legion mechanic does nothing to halt progression for the latter type, as they grind it in 1 month, so what exactly is nexon doing other then gatekeeping content from players who wont even reach late game anyways, that can sustain off of current content for a couple years with their rate of progression. legion is just so bad and i feel you, just aimlessly hurting the casual players who are most likely the majority
@@DistantMist it’s more so on what is your priority for your characters. Because I’m at 2.7k and from what I understand legion is basically the board for dmg modifiers for your characters. If you’re looking to do bossing seriously, then there’s no other way than to grind the levels out for the chars that boost every single dmg type(ignore def/boss dmg/crit etc), even with the zak arms strat it still burns you out eventually. If you are just playing for the aesthetics/nostalgia factor then don’t need to think abt too much and just play at your pace.

Just hit 250 on my hyperburn BM and yep def love it. Bossing is so soothing and easy on it. Training was easy too since it can train at a lot of maps
274 lvl bowmaster here. Not to spoil ur fun but its good without funding early on but later you will need insane amount of mesos to upgrade your gear.

They're OK early game. You will need some heavy funding for endgame related bossing.
