I want to become a real estate agent in Hawaii but i dont have no experience. I'm a chef but i want to move into the real estate business in hawaii how can I do this?
Question? Since these are built on Bishop Estate lands as do Waikiki as leased lands, how does fee simple (defeasible/Absolute) real estate work in these areas? Or are most leaseholds.
Thank you for this question. They’re all fee simple. You’ll almost never see or hear us promoting leasehold property. Rarely is it a good investment.
I want to see all the smaller 2 br units and get an idea about fees. I know some of those old buildings had insurance and maintenance probs.
This is one of the older buildings. It was built in 2011. HOA fees are around $1.10 per sf.
It’s also one of the smallest 2 bedrooms at 743 sf.
Have you heard anything new about the "new" Park Lane"? I believe you said in an older video that they were going to do another Park Lane.
