My trick for pulling fuel line thats too big thru a small hole is to make the hole bigger. Its easier to find the right drill bit than the right diameter fuel hose on those models. You pulled hard to get that line thru the tank. How bad do you think it is choked down? Is it now a point of restriction? Just something to think about. Oh, I know your mind is two steps ahead of your actions but when you tightened the fuel cap you had the right tool, you were just using the wrong end 🙂
Ok now I gotta go watch this chit again and learn from my elder😁 I thought it was the right fuel line in part two you will see why I almost ALWAYS do vac pressure test, sneak peak... we had an air leak at the intake, the saw is performing very well now... but I'll watch again and i ALWAYS appreciate your willingness to share your knowledge, you're a DAMN good mechanic!!! Oh.....Where's my damn carb stand😆😉

Cut line at a taper and poke a small wire through the line in a hook on it fish er on through....
Ive tried fuel line like this but using a good wire is my go to now
