Bought an Insignia KYS900 steam/sauna/shower. Shocking build quality, one sauna heater not working out of the box, "monsoon" shower more of a drizzle, floor extremely slippery, waste pipe like tissue paper and split out of the box. Rejected and returned for a refund which we got but we have them in small claims court as they will not pay the consequential damages they are legally required to. Dreadful company, best avoided.
