The flower piece is actually in the game, precisely next to Arthur's bed. It reminds him of his mother since she liked these flowers, and they only grow in Oregon and California, ao Arthur always picked one whenever he went there

When you opened the journal to show they had actually printed the Blackwater map, Shady Belle and numerous other journal entries....my jaw hit the floor. This is a staggering level of detail. I still can't believe this thing doesn't cost $1,000.

The small door that opens on the side of the revolver is the "loading gate", and it is indeed for loading the chambers. As for the knives, the big one is a Bowie knife, the smaller is a throwing knife.

The opening was also used to clear jams in the gun, as in the original gun (the colt peacemaker) it was known to jam
The wolf and the deer on the package symbolise visions Arthur has throughout the game: the wolf visions are if you have bad honour, whilst the deer visions are if you have good honour

Lim Toys have definitely outdone themselves with this amazing figure. It's as if Arthur Morgan was pulled straight from Red Dead Redemption II. Roger Clark's likeness is spot on accurate. All three head sculpts look great. The clothing has some nice stitch work and tailoring. It also has some nice weathering, grime and dirt as well. The figure comes included with a lot of accessories, which is very impressive. The lantern has a light up option, which was completely unexpected. This is easily one of the best third party figure releases that I've ever seen. The fact that the soles of the boots have been worn off and scuffed is something that I've never seen with a 1/6th scale figure. I love the fact that there are numerous options when it comes to customizing Arthur Morgan's appearance. Articulation is pretty good. The display base looks great as well and I like the inclusion of the placard. Lim Toys have stepped up their game in terms of offering high quality pieces and this one is no different. I'm very tempted to pick it up, despite the fact that it's expensive nowadays. I beat Red Dead Redemption II when it came out in 2018 and I'm currently doing a second playthrough. It's an absolute masterpiece with lush, vibrant and gorgeous visuals, a great story, memorable characters, top notch voice acting and music, fun and enjoyable combat and an amazing world that's worth exploring to its fullest. Without spoiling anything, the ending is very emotional. I won't say anything else. Otherwise, thanks once again Justin for another enjoyable review. I really appreciate it!

I think the face itself is the most amazing thing about this figure, because its so spot on, and its so often the most inaccurate thing about these kind of toys. I guess Limtoys are better at this than other manufacturers.

Having the deer and wolf on the opposing sides of the box is incredible detail, The wolf representing a low honour, Evil Arthur. And the deer being the high honour, Good Arthur

I got this last week and I'm blown away by the quality and sheer detail put into this guy, the heads and the hands are without a doubt the BEST I've seen by a third party, it's hot toys level that's insane, as a huge soosoo toys fan I never thought I'd see another third party being able to take their number one spot but limtoys is mighty close, awesome figure!

I've been waiting for your review for AGES! And I got to say it was worth the wait! I've had the figure for a month now and it is my personal favorite of the year. That includes licensed and unlicensed. Its a work of art. The detail on the body is crazy. I don't usually get more than one of a figure. But with the options on this I'm really considering a 2nd. The mid beard is my go to headsculpt but all 3 are great.

Those mini 1873 single action Cattelman revolvers are insane. You were right about that little trap door in the back. It's meant to be loaded and unloaded one cartridge at a time from that little trap.

The company who made this Arthur figure really outdid themselves because this looks amazing. The head sculpts are amazing and then the level of detail
And material used is also real amazing. They even took a moment to fill his little journal, this company definitely needs more recognition.

To explain more on the revolvers, the little opening is to load them. The cylinder only normally pop out for cleaning on single actions.

Lim just announced a 1/12 release of this figure and I’m so excited. I have their 1/12 Phantom Snake and I’ve had Joel and Ellie pre-ordered for years, now. Very impressed by this company and their products and I hope to see their Connor figure released in 1/12 as well

I have very very little experience and knowledge when it comes to collectible figurines, but god damn this figure collection for Arthur is one of the most detailed and interactive ones I’ve ever seen! Props to the people who took the time out of their day to make this happen, you can truly see how they cared for going the extra mile to put some quality into making the items as functioning as can be.

for those who havent played Red Dead Redemption 2 and dont understand the deer and wolf on either side, Arthur Morgan gets diagnosed with tuberculosis and depending on your honor (A system that sees your good or bad actions and hightens or lowers the honor bar) you will see a wolf or a deer (deer if you have high honor and a wolf if you have low honor) I seriously recommend Red Dead Redemption 2 as I believe it is the best story game ever.

The wolf/buck motif on the box is actually an indicator in the game of Arthur's honor. At various times, Arthur has dreams/hallucinations of an animal. If you have low honor, the animal is a wolf; if you have high honor, the animal that appears is a buck. Very subtle for them to include that in the box packaging. It's another indication that this figurine was created with a lot of love for the series/character and not just by someone churning out memorabilia.

A remarkable model, it's just begging to be stop-motioned. Thanks for showing the figure in all it's glory; and you can be forgiven for not knowing about Arthur's flower yet if you are that new to the game. I hope you keep playing, it is one of the finest storylines in video game history.

Lim toys always seems to do a very good job with their un licensed game figures they pay a lot of attention to the details and go above and beyond. I got their Ismail figure aka the MGSV big boss figure they did a wile ago. It came with an amazing amount of stuff. Sort of reminds me of the old hot toys days when they used to pack their figures with lots of accessories. Great review.

I was really into highly detailed 1/6 scale figures about a decade ago but dropped it many years back because well, life happens, but randomly coming across this review has resparked a lot of old memories and interests in me... Back then I remember many lamenting the normalization of figures breaking the $100 mark (Hot Toys dominated the movie/media market, DiD and Dragon dominated military, idk what the top companies are now) so doing a bit of research im chuckling to myself at the new price tags. That being said my god did they blow this figure out of the water. The details in headsculpt and painting are top notch, but my word the clothing lays and layers like full scale (thats really hard to do fyi) Not to mention the sheer amount of highly detailed accessories too. That box was like a collector clown car, you never stopped pulling more detailed stuff out. I imagine its a lot of effort just to package all this up, let alone manufacture it all! Theres so many little things that otherwise couldve been skipped if they were cutting corners but its evident real care was put into this figure... Yes it does cost more now but imo price to value seems to actually be higher at least with this figure. Godamn if this is the new era of 1/6 scale I might have to get back on board. My wallet might not want to though lol.

RDR2 is one of my absolute favorite games and Arthur Morgan is my favorite video game character of ALL TIME. I was always disappointed there was no official figure so I'm glad this exists and I will definitely be picking this up.

@@jemsbigmacguire6524 Limtoys is still working on the second batch which is what I have on preorder. The timeline they gave is now some time in September, which is what Comic Sanctorum is saying too. With supply chain issues out of China, it’s not surprising the wait has been so long. I haven’t given up yet!

I can't believe how much stuff this comes with. For the price, at first I thought it was a bit expensive but not after your review. SO many cool things. Although I wish it could have come with one of each different revolver and long gun, or at least a small assortment and not just two of each. But that's my only complaint. I think there are other 1/6 cowboy weapons that this could be outfitted with for each person's "Arthur" set up. Well done, and I think I'll be getting this.
