The funny thing about Saiki’s constant inner monologue is that he only ever uses his telepathy to talk to his parents. And even then, only rarely. As far as anyone else knows, Saiki is just mute because this dude has never talked. The other characters are just trying to guess at what he could possibly be thinking.

That's wrong. Saiki uses telepathy to communicate with others, though I suppose rather rarely. There's only one character who's confirmed to be guessing what Saiki says

Heads up, Season 2 doesnt have a dub but it's even better than season 1 so you just gotta watch it subbed. I personally prefer the sub as someone who's seen both but the sub can be pretty hard to keep up with at times
