Hitmontop is Top Tier Support in Reg G!

Today, the King and his horse are storming the Reg G ranked ladder! Calyrex-Shadow Rider is hitting the scene alongside his merry band consisting of; Indeedee, Incineroar, Ogerpon, Hitmontop and Ursaluna! Calyrex is incredibly fast and hits with the force of a stampede which means it'll tear through teams if left unchecked!
But a king is nothing without the support of his subjects:
Indeedee setting Psychic Terrain protects the party from priority moves and Follow Me will let Indeedee take hits for her partners. Imprison in tandem with Trick Room prevents opponents from using Trick Room to get around Calyrex's high speed. But if Trick Room is needed, Ursaluna thrives inside it with its low speed and access to Tera Normal Bloodmoon.
Hitmontop is a supportive legend. Its Intimidate ability cuts physical attack stats down to size. Its Fake Out stops opponents in their tracks. It's essentially Incineroar... oh. Jokes aside having both Incineroar and Hitmontop allows the team to apply pressure onto physical attackers (especially those unable to hold a Clear Amulet). Incineroar can go for Parting Shot to pivot into Hitmontop to stack Intimidates, or if one of its partners has their stats lowered, Hitmontop can hard switch in and Incineroar can pivot back into that exact partner that switched out to reset their stats while Hitmontop still applies Fake Out pressure.
Where the two differ though are the rest of their moves. Incineroar has STAB Flare Blitz for raw damage and Knock Off to remove items. Hitmontop on the other hand has STAB Close Combat to deal with opposing Incineroar, Helping Hand to boost its partner's damage output and Wide Guard to deny spread moves. There are a lot of spread moves being thrown around including Calyrex's Astral Barrage, so having Wide Guard to counter those moves is incredibly helpful.
Finally we have Ogerpon to provide a little bit of damage with Ivy Cudgel and Horn Leech or redirection support with Follow Me. Since there are plenty of Water types around, Wellspring Ogerpon's Water Absorb can keep it safe from Water type spread moves such as Water Spout or Origin Pulse, while Follow Me can redirect single target water moves into it to render them useless.
