- In March 2023 Royal Australian College of General practitioners recognised doctors with MRCGP International (South Asia) to be considered partially comparable specialists through practice experience program or PEP. It means no AMC exams, equal salary to Australian GPs and plenty of jobs leading to self directed FRACGP path via Practice experience program (PEP)
In this video, I will be talking about
1. Practice experience pathway
2. Key steps of MRCGP recognition
3. Eligibility & Compatibility
4. Job offer
5. Medical registration
6. Program and supervisor agreement
7. Assessment during the program
8. GP Fellowship exam
9. Total cost of the program
10. My recommendation
If you need help with accreditation process or documentation for MRCGP recognition and also with GP jobs in Australia

There's again that extremely irritating piano-style music or jingle running all the time in the background, making it a lot more difficult to understand the chap speaking; which of course is why we're here.

Hi, please make a video on what to see in Rural GP practice job contracts for MRCGP Int qualified Drs. A lot of recruiters are contacting us with offers even before getting the RACGP assessment. We are unsure whether to sign it right now or not. What do you think we should look for in the contract which we might find later after arriving in the rural region? Mostly these contracts are for 4 to 5 yrs. Could you see if you can cover this too? Thanks, @EmergencyFocus
Please let me know if you have already applied and signed the contract
how are recruiters reaching you??? is there any talent pool where one has to sign up to be found by recuiters?

Hi.Just wanted to know whether mrcgp international dubai is eligible for this
Sir, you told in one of your older videos that one gets salary during FSP
kindly clarify
Thank you so much for your video. I wonder if there is any age limit in Australia who wants to apply for GP as MRCGP recognition
Unlike Europe and the Middle East, most workplaces in Australia does not have a working age limit. For personalized insight, I recommend you book a GP career guidance session with me!

Is there any age limit for doctors for this pathway ?
Is it true pep specialist pathway has been closed ?
Hi, need more details
Plz tell k who is going to do the assessment in first step u mentioned ??
RACGP assessment of compatibility application
What's the age limit?
Hello Dr.Rizwan, can you please clear one thing,
So after passing Pesci and after working in clinic do we need to enter FSP program for fellowship and during FSP we will not be paid ? Am i right? Or is there any other way too?
PESCI is an interview to work in a specific GP practice. In my understanding, It is not linked to a training scheme, making you eligible to sit FRACGP exam. It appears one of the ways would be Standard PEP or FSP program to be eligible for fellowship. However, I suggest contact RACGP and they will be able to advise you based on your experience and qualifications as there are number of pathway leading to FRACGP
Thank you for detailed answer.
Is there any age limit

You need full MRCGP, age doesn’t matter in Australia 🇦🇺… PEP will require further exam of FRACGP in Australia but people may choose not to take them
@@EmergencyFocus FRACGP is necessary for full registration. Is it possible to work for a long time without full registration?. Is it not mandatory to pass FRACGP within 2 years?
People May choose not to take exam.which exam you are talking kindly do mention

After 45% tax Australia really doesn’t pay well
Taxes a sole trader 45% company and trust funds taxed at 27.5% most GP operate as companies. Also, many things are tax deductible
Can you elaborate please
