Clean it first then change the oil. You are doing in reverse.

@@ShahabLodhi Yes, cleaning drain bolt area and dip stick area first without opening it.. Then open drain bolt and dipstick...

Is that oil leak normal. Where is it leaking from? Mine same as this started 2 months ago 300 ml lost in 1500 km is that normal?
nope its not normal
It can leak from two places
1) From the nut (Solution:-30rs ka chamray wala washer)
2) From the gear seal (Solution:- Change the seal)
Which engine oil do you use? menay normal yamaha lube b try kar lia hai or synthetic lube b .. dono main takreeban 400 say 500 km k bad gear shifting main issue aa jata hai. specially jab 2nd gear say 1st or neutral main dalain toh gear phasta hai
