In terms of the player being a hall of famer as a player. We've seen role players who've made the transitions extremely well. Gotta show some love to football/soccer though. If he played pro baseball only, he probably would have been a hall of famer with insane stats. His college and pro football careers already place him as one of the greatest corners and returners in history, not to mention he played in a Major League Baseball game and football game inside of two days. His explosiveness is nothing short of legendary.

@5:57 I believe that was the best throw of the game that didn’t get talked about regarding difficult. Also, want to give a special shout out to Shiloh. The defense was the biggest factor in this game and Shiloh was flying around the field hitting everything moving. Definitely deserve his credit.

The scramble at 2:00 resulting in a 2yd loss is actually my favorite play of the day. The decision to just give up on the play instead of risking an interception or injury just showed a high level of confidence and maturity as a QB. "Never take away the opportunity to punt" is something they teach in football, and it was an excellent display of game awareness.
He should have just thrown it away. Or cut back up, but to be honest it seemed like he got tired.

I was in the student section.. the energy was insane
Colorado's D is great for this early in the season. The O line is AWESOME man! Sanders had all day in the pocket and running backs had a field day with good blocking. I met a Nebraska fan in the supermarket and started talking. As soon as I started mentioning Colorado and how great they were, he was gone.
Great win for CU, but Sims completely fell apart and definitely made it hard for Nebraskas defense. If you fumble the snap, just get on top of it, you can tell he was trying to make something out of nothing on both fumbled snaps.

You make a great case. I just went to watch some of Wards highlights. They are similar in stature and have nearly the same mechanics. The NFL has changed if Sanders keeps this up he's a lock as a first rounder.
