@@danieliberi Kind of surprised he didn't show us two of the bedrooms too. I'm guessing they're probably for staff or something but it would still be kind of nice to see them. I've seen some staff bedrooms that are not much more than a closet but I've also seen some really nice ones too.

Well the true clickbait is Jason Matouk and I fell for it every time. What’s the difference between 55 million and 38 million, nothing to me, after the first million it just becomes numbers not the price of the house. What counts is Jason makes great videos for entertainment purposes that I enjoy.

In my opinion, this is by FAR the best home on your channel. Absolutely loved this house. Despite it being a huge house, it still manages to feel compact and homelike. Like, it does enough added with the location, this is just perfect. Also, the Master Suite is more like a Master Piece👌👌👌.

this house😂 I wish this home had more natural lighting. I don’t like the padding wall in the first guest bedroom. The last guest suite with the private balcony and view of the ocean .. they are lucky to have that room. Not my favorite home at all. Looked cluttered inside , every space looked small but nice one!

Loving the darker accents. So many of these places are just all white interiors. It's too bright it hurts my widdle eyes! The pool is awesome.
They paid 38 million for the outdoors space and the location. That house outside of the kitchen and the elevator goes for 7 to 9 million. The garage area is a joke. I don't believe it went for 38 million. If I could afford to buy the home, I'd level it and build a home that this property deserves. Was that realtor driving a Camry?😂
She was driving a 2022 Ferrari Roma. It's the successor to the Portofino.
Kind of disappointing for 55 million. No big bathroom, no game/cinema room, no secondary/chief kitchen, no gym room, the garages are really narrow, and because the house has been divided in so many rooms (instead of a large living room), somewhat it felt crowded.
I think a lot of the 55 million is probably due to the location. However, I do agree with that price I'm surprised it didn't have some of the amenities that you mentioned.

Love the bar and tv area. Dark accents. 🫤. Backyard is nice. Covered outdoor kitchen. Pool. Cabanas. Jacuzzi. Lots of seating/lounging. Office. Elevator. Glass stairs. Massive guest bedrooms and en -suites. Amazing primary. Views. Wetbar. Unique closet. 2 waterclosets. Balcony. Unique home. If my realtor showed up in Ferrari Roma and had an accent so thick I couldn't understand her, it would be a hard nope from me. She has a lifestyle to maintain which means if I ask for a price reduction or make a lower offer, she'll say no because she wants the maximum amount for commission. Plus the car says 'I'm just like you'. Billionaires don't like that. It's an exclusive club and they don't like people 'faking it' to. E like them. I worked for billionaires on yachts. The mindset and their ideals are not always 'normal'
Depends if you are new or old money. Old money would even drive a Toyota Land Cruiser or a vintage/classic car, they don't care about those flashy over-the-top sports cars, they care about quality, and in the case of a house, location and safety. Now, new money is different, they want the all the attention, and to your point, they hate others "below" them to be equal. This house location and interior design absolutely targets new money, so I guess you're right.

She's not your realtor. She represents the seller. You can hire whoever you want. And this house was sold for 38 mil which means there were plenty of negotiations to be had. If you put in a low offer she can't say no to you because it's a low-ball. She must by law inform her client. Also, what kind of agent do you expect to sell these high priced properties? Some dumpy guy in wrinkled dockers driving a beat up Camry? All high profile agents dress well and drive fancy cars. My agent wore Prada and Channel and drove a brand new Porsche SUV, and my home purchase price was nowhere near this expensive. She sells all kinds of properties. From million dollar homes to fifty thousand dollar condos. But she likes to look well regardless what kind of a deal it is. Furthermore, comission is something you discuss and agree upon with your agent beforehand. Usually agent's comission is set by the agency they represent. They don't come up with that number randomly. Educate yourself about house buying process before spouting nonsense.
