Love the ocean view in the back. But at 6:50 there is a TON of nearby properties. You can see into each other's homes. That blows the "if you're a celebrity, no one knows you live here" concept.

Can you access the beach from the backyard? I did not see any gate in the backyard.
No privacy if your neighbor can see you throughout those windows. Plus what is the point of living on the beach if you didn’t show us the access to get there especially from the backyard.

What´s the point in having a beachfront lot when you can barely see the ocean from your balcony? The best view on the groundfloor is the view from under the balcony to your neighbors. You can´t see anything above those bushes

I've watched way too many of these videos to ignore the flaws of this house.
I mean for the pricepoint, the house is very small in its proportions unless it's NY luxury we're talking about. Why would they waste that lot space? Only 1 car fits in That enclosed garage and perhaps two squeezed in the covered section with all that backyard space? And an enormous pool for what? You have the beach on your backyard. I think this home flopped where it could've WON
Forgot to mention: The long azz flight of stairs in the entry... That is not luxury man, that wasn't a smart move.
Beautiful modern design Miami Beach villa If this villa was mine I would eliminate the front garage, and integrate the garage in the front of the house. I will make the inside garden the front garden. Because of the elimination of the front garage the front of the house will be visible from the street.

Not worth the 26 million asking, as the place screams 2010, especially with the dated interior details... the stainless steel tiled backsplash is a dead giveaway. (An amazing location and a comfortable home with great bones... it just needs a fresh update, which the new owner can do by hiring a decorator to give it a current 2024 styling.)
The house is not in my taste. Quite blocked views but the rooftop doing ok. Architecture is not good but just a collection of blocks. Location nesr the beach is the best thing here.

Great video, but man is that house dull. It looks like an unfinished rendering. No color, no texture, lazy architectural design, and the staging does absolutely nothing to improve it. But that's just my opinion, and I'm sure to someone it's a dream home!
