I dont understand why you had to keep calling when the doe and one kid had gone into
the wood ,all that done was to confuse the other kid ,it didnt impress me, not clever .

Oh FFS. That's it. I've scheduled a 1x1 counselling session with this distressed doe who has been recently tortured by Peter Jones and his evil buttolo. I've set the appointment up for 6 AM on Wednesday, November 1st and look to seeing her then...

Shame you had to stress that poor Doe and here Fawns to get some camera footage. Your calling didn't impress me...

It sure impressed me! So at the peak of the roe buck rut, calling in a doe with the anticipation of summoning an attending buck is shameful? What a silly, naive comment. Regarding "stressed" animals, you must have a very "stressed out" dog every time you push it off the sofa or shout for it to return to you when chasing a ball you threw to force it to unnecessarily run about for your personal gratification. But not to worry, triggered snowflake. This family of roe has run off to its safe space and I'm sure has more than recovered. #headshakingindisbelief

Rodger Philthy Bottom firstly I've not got a Dog, secondly calling a Roe Doe with young from the middle of a grass park with no buck near or no where in attendance is an easy thing to do. What sound does the Buttalo call mimic!!. Fawns / Distress call, Exactly!!!Come up to Scotland sometime "SNOWFLAKE" and we will show you how to call Deer properly, not just for the fun of it. Sorry need to go I've got Deer to shoot.#armchairstalkercomestomind.

Hi Sundboy - not to fire any North/South animosity, but I shot two roe buck on my Sussex estate in early August doing exactly this. On two different occasions about 72 hours apart, both bucks emerged from their couch under a hedge behind does and kids in the field. They were otherwise invisible and clearly spent from a nights rutting and only came out when the does and attending kids came bolting towards the call. I cleanly neck shot each at about 15-30 yards. Of course, I am certain it is different in Scotland, I've not shot roe there so I don't have first hand experience but based on my years stalking my grounds here in the south, calling these deer in the film is not at all unusual or inappropriate behaviour, especially given the peak of the rut.
