Not only are you entertaining to watch, but you guys do great things like cleaning up waterways, help police in some matters and set a really good example. My friend and I saved a family years ago. A Mother and Father and their 6 year old son and their dog, they were in the middle of a 40 acre lake when their paddle boat started to sink. They said that was the very first time that they had used it after recently purchasing the boat. I had also just purchased a boat and my friend and I were out testing it when we saw them flagging us down. I bought a 18 foot Blazer with a 25 hp Merc on the back. We were literally the only ones on the lake that day and the family was out in the middle. There's no way they were going to be able to swim that far. The father offered us money afterwards but I couldn't except it. I was happy with the good Karma and knowing we saved them. We almost didn't go to that lake that day, we were gonna go to a different lake and changed our minds at the last minute. Love your videos bro, keep em coming!!!

The Lord put you two in the PERFECT place at the PERFECT time. That family is very lucky you were there and that the raft was deployed so quickly too. Like you said, this could have ended in tragedy. The Scuba Superheros of Columbus! Thank you for being willing to just jump into action at your own personal risk to ensure this family went home today. Hopefully a little wiser on the water next time, but that could have happened to anyone. Especially since there wasn't supposed to be a water rise that day. But it just goes to show you that it's ALWAYS better to be safe than sorry. Wear your PFDs and make sure your kids are wearing them too.

Glad u guys were there to help, I’ve helped people out quite a few times. People go into rivers, lakes, and oceans unprepared all the time.
I like how they kept the kids calm. Like, I work with kids (and know nothing about rivers) but I can't help thinking I would've probably panicked and started rambling and running around, shoo-ing them into the boat and telling them; 'No time, no time! I'll comfort you when you're safe on the other side, don't worry, but for now; paddle! PADDLE! PADDLE LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!"
As I said, I work with kids and I'm very impressed by how you handled it :)

Wow. Good stuff man. I'm from northwest indiana, rural area with a lower population. Me and my buddies do a lot of fishing, hunting, gigging, and stuff like that. We were on a public access boat launch for the Kankakee with no buildings for miles on state line road. An ambulance pulled up waiting for someone on a john boat who had a diabetic daughter. She had extremely high blood sugar and was in terrible shape. Her insulin was in their truck, however they were down stream pretty far and their boat had a small trolling motor on it. Fighting against the current would have taken almost 40 min to get back. Luckily but unfortunately, I'm a type 1 diabetic at age 21.. my buddy Steve and I launched my grizzley tracker 18 foot utility bass boat into that river in less than 4 mins. I brought my diabetes stuff (test kit, novolog insulin pen, and extra needles) with me in the boat which was also boarded by an officer and 3 EMTs. I've got my boat powered by a mercury 60 horse, and got to them in around 10 mins. Her blood sugar was above 500, not readable on my meter. I hooked up a clean needle and the medics administered her about 10 units. She was feeling better after a while, and wound up not needing a ride to the ER. right place and right time. Went back afterwards to get the dad and daughters boat. Didn't catch shit that day, but thank God I went. Cheers brothers.

When I retired in 2002 and moved to Canton I stopped because I was so far from the ocean. I knew about FW diving but thought it would be boring, you showed me different. Thank you. Dive safe
I just love it when people help other people in time of need it's so heart touching sometimes it makes people cry you did a good deed you should be proud of that and many more times you may have to do something like this just knowing that God is giving you a the idea to go out there and just the right time when something bad happens you can help

The things you've done for other people or animals is crazy, people would windge and wine about having to give up something they found that's cool or wait for police to get out there or dougt there selves when things go wrong.
