the visuals and the vibe of this is PERFECT for shakespeare---i'm in love. i JUST have to point out that mark anthony definitely does not stab caesar. his whole thing is that he most definitely did not do that and everyone else keeps it from him. i think exploring that aspect of the character would've been interesting, if a little hard to do in a music video! even if aurora just looked horrified as it happened (also not totally accurate to the play, but the SPIRIT of the thing). all the other little details, though... ugh, amazing. even casca pulling the knife first. also also: just a fantasy but killing a poet/artist at the end of act 3 would have been such a cool finale to this, like cinna. i think they could've done something so sick and it feels relevant to the themes of the album tbh. but i still love it idk im just a shakespeare nerd
