    Sir one small request. If you mention the quantity in spoon it would be easy for us. I always use the same quantity you mention and it comes out well. In grams it's difficult for me to estimate. After 1st time as you say I can get the grip of how much proportion is needed by myself. So just mention in spoon the quantity required.

    I did this recipe for dinner along with chappathi chef..i must say i’m not the type who prefers a semi dry sidedish that too with lot of vegetables but the sabzi you presented looked so appetizing and i convinced myself to try it..it was a huge surprise that everyone in my home including me loved it very much and the sidedish was fully grabbed..nothing was left over..I never thought this would be so yummy..Thank you so so much for this excellent sidedish chef

But u respect the people who was the reason for ur tough times and u told bcoz of them only u have improved a lot.. After watching tat interview I changed a lot..       While doing vegetarian dishes like kadai sabzi , you can also give receipes for similar ( kadai chicken) non veg dishes not insisting you to do that .
      Just receipe by words will be better for NV lovers

    its kasuri methi and NOT kasthuri methi...im sorryy but i thought to mention this😜😜

      Well i think many south indians dont know hindi so they mispronounce as kasthuri methi,bcoz kasuri methi is hindi word .and i found in google that this methi(vendayam/fenugreek) was originated in a place named kasur and they started using it in their food for garnishing... so its kasuri methi.
      Now you know 😁
