Sir, the dishes were awesome! Though I must say that one of the ingredients you added was "Kasoori Methi" and not "Kasthoori Methi." Keep rocking chef!! :)
Bhatt bhaiya, it is Kasoori Methi and not Kasturi Methi. There is a place in Pakistan called Kasoor where using dried fenugreek leaves originated. When that was packeted and made available people started calling it as Kasoori ka Methi.

Hope to try soon. Just one question- the Cauliflower is sometimes too raw and crunchy , should we boil it for few minutes or is it to be crunchy for this dish ?
