    Sir, more than recipe your style of teaching is impressive.

    Sir, the dishes were awesome! Though I must say that one of the ingredients you added was "Kasoori Methi" and not "Kasthoori Methi." Keep rocking chef!! :)

    Bhatt bhaiya, it is Kasoori Methi and not Kasturi Methi. There is a place in Pakistan called Kasoor where using dried fenugreek leaves originated. When that was packeted and made available people started calling it as Kasoori ka Methi.

    FANTASTIC recipes sir ( fantastic pronounced in your tone 😀) . My daughter has now started talking like you - she has started referring to ingredients as "Ivan", " avan" 😂😂 Interestingly explained. Hope to try soon. Just one question- the Cauliflower is sometimes too raw and crunchy , should we boil it for few minutes or is it to be crunchy for this dish ?

    Sir, tried gobi Manchurian and rava dosa both came out very well but I was not able to achieve the correct color of the red chilli paste. Can you pls upload the video of red chilli paste and ginger garlic paste. Thanks a lot for your wonderful recipes. I am so proud to be your fan.
