Out of the three "vampire leads" (True Blood, Vampire Diaries, Twilight), she's my favorite. She seems so genuine, not conceited or full of herself and has talent far beyond the other two, imo. Looking forward to seeing her and the rest of true blood in June!

I dont think she has lost it, I think she is just trying to keep away from it, its what most foreigners coming to hollywood try to do, because some casting directors want strictly Americans, and they cannot afford them to slip. Also its a way of method acting.
The Canadians I know here in Michigan do; it may be a personal preference to them. Not every American hyphenates either, but I think we're more likely to just because all of us (aside from native Americans) have roots elsewhere. It's just a source of pride and identity for some of us.
