I’ve got a 1025R, I think it does an awesome job mowing. Little 120R loader is handier than you think it’d be. I do agree on the ROPS though when it comes to trees. I recall the dealer telling me that the 23E doesn’t turn as sharp as the 25R, but I’m not sure how true that is.

I think the 1023e is a super subcompact tractor (22.4hp) and your yard looks great🌼ps I am considering the 1023e or the big 2025r for my next purchase 🌻

maybe you just don't know how to mow to give a John Deere 1023e a +C

I've gotten my zero turn stuck in the yard where the lawn can be real soft sometimes. Even when it dose not rain for a month. My 1023E 4x4 has NEVER gotten stuck.

*Yeah, when it comes to lawn mowers, it's hard to beat a Zero-Turn.*

Swiss army knife vs. Purpose built tool

Sure, go ahead and cut off the roll guards....or you could just trim the branches, and not endanger yourself, and save some money. Your call though. :)

Is a tractor a zero turn lawnmower? No. Review over

Our community uses this exact JD with mower deck. We keep having “overheat message” then PTO shuts down. Been through all of the usual suspects: Belt tension, screens, air filters, thermostat & sender…all replaced/cleaned. Still overheats like a touchy wee beast. Radiator NEVER overflows. Only 344 hrs.
No answers from JD or tech support. Help!
I noticed this guy ran mower above 3k RPM. ALWAYS?

I've not seen a box blade or a bucket on a zero turn.
