I have had experience with these frequencies through the body and the mind, not just listening to it, I feel it penetrating in to the skin, my whole body vibrates to these frequencies, the amazing healing and after effects are long lasting after I stop listening and feeling the vibrations.

It is the Matrix we live in for however long its been here, specifically designed to feed upon our negative emotions (loosh). We have been in a reincarnation trap inside this simulation that might have lasted 10 nanoseconds or a million years. How can you measure time inside of a simulation. Most of what we know is a lie, built upon a lie, built upon a lie. The pride of knowing is so great though that humans resist discovering the truth over their intentional fake knowledge. Our current "history" experienced a reset in the 1850s. So much of our history is anything that the authorized historians feed us. There are vast deserts of time in our ancient history where no progress was made, no inventions of note, no discoveries, because that time didn't occur. History has been stretched out in the modern telling of our ancestors to give us a false impression of who we are and who we were. You can even see the mutation of logic and the illogic when you compare pre-internet humans to internet-humans. And all the pre-internet humans (well most) that have amazing stories to tell and have shared before the 1850s reset from one generation to the next can still be found. They conflict so completely with what we think we know, our only recourse is to dismiss it, least we discover we have been living in a lie based upon a lie, atop another lie. I see some commenters on different forums/CZcams/etc announce to their audience to "Wake up" or get "Woke". How? You have to really trust your heart and intuition and find the cracks in the mountain of lies to see behind it, beneath it, beyond it. So what is a common practice on the internet when someone makes a claim outside of "acceptable knowledge"? They debunk it. If you want some undebunked public information - watch as many videos as you can find about Admiral Richard Byrd. As far as I know, no one has ever debunked anything he's ever said, and he said it on live TV or wrote it in his diaries. He's just one man. The Native Americans (an entire race), at least some of them still have legends that mention stories of unbelievable experiences that are not metaphoric or hallucinated fantasy. You can't really wake up in a linear fashion like 1. you are asleep, 2. you are awake. First you have to purge most if not all of your beliefs (since you didn't create them in the first place), 2nd you need to really challenge everything. The more you zoom out the less the math works for the lie. The point isn't to get really excited that you've discovered a lie or lies (if you do thats ok just don't stop there), the point is to awakened to the awareness that your knowledge of the world and yourself and your purpose has been well hidden from you. I listen to these types of audios to increase my frequency. I would like to exit the matrix and I have a suspicion this sort of material my increase my own frequency. I could be wrong, because I really don't know enough about all that I don't know at all, so I'm hoping and trying to have faith that I can find an exit amid this maze of lies.
