Beautiful home. Loved it. For 369K and basement finished it is a very good deal I think although I would bargain for 350K. This is how my home in Calgary was (without a finished basement and garage).

Wow. Detached home is really in low price range there. It is not possible to buy even a good two bedrooms condo apartment under $500,000 in Greater Toronto Area.

Not a very common design. There are a few homes in which there is a balcony. Plus it gets really cold here in winter time so no use of balcony.
