Cam - holy cow - what a sound! LOVE this. And what's not to love in that GORGEOUS white falcon? HOW do you like it? Should I get one? Shouldn't the two of us do some cover together in the future? Even at a distance. GREAT stuff. SD
Hi SD. I'd love to do something with you! I sent you an email years ago but maybe it didn't get through. All good. Hope your well.
RIP Malcolm Young!
You two should play together, SoloDallas' channel is one of the oldest and most beloved AC/DC CZcamsrs in my life.
Great Job, great Song
This guy nailed a Malcolm part on a White Falcon and then just disappeared for a decade. Absolute king.
Thanks for the comment. Please tune in, I am preparing for a come back! Hard As A Rock maybe...?
@@malcolmyoungacdc jailbreak is a good one.
Make a comeback!
@@malcolmyoungacdc Where are you dude? That was10 months ago!

Great cover, I come back to it every time I want to hear some AC/DC again. Beautiful White Falcon.
Ah cheers mate, glad you enjoy it. Thanks for taking the time to comment. 🤘
@@malcolmyoungacdc You're welcome, I really liked it, Malcolm's technique is hard to replicate properly.
@@yevhenfedorets6509 100%
@@malcolmyoungacdc There are a couple of channels that play very close but Malcolm is only one.
@@yevhenfedorets6509 yeah mate, Malcolm was a genius. No one else I know can make 3 cords sound so ridiculously good.
Absolulety badass ....fucking killer tone.
Nice job! Malcolm would be proud!
Oh Yeah!!! And the 6131 in the back ground... very nice!
Thanks for commenting.
Fuck yeah indeed
that was
THE SICKEST THING EVER keep up
Hi, thanks for your comment. Glad you enjoyed it. Sorry for the slow reply - for some strange reason CZcams flagged it as SPAM so I have just seen it and added it to the comments section. If you haven't already - please subscribe - more video's coming soon!
I love when people play a G-chord like you (and Malcolm, and myself)... Just the two D & G strings ringing open and the D note and high G note (both fretted on the third fret) ... Just those four notes hit hard and .. it's the greatest feeling in the world. Bless Malcolm's heart...
Best guitar sound ever... my favorite is For Those... That's even thicker and full. Good old Falcon with 0.13 gauge is a hell of an axe! Good job down picking as he did, I just pitty the picks that wear out over a song :) badass!
Magnifique prestation
This is the reason why Malcolm Young is my favorite guitarists. Absolute perfection! Great job. Malcolm Young would be thrilled with this.
Man you've gotta come back and do more covers! This is top tier talent!
Thank you. I might just do that.
This and the rock and roll train cover have amazing resemblance to mal. Great playing!
Thank you 🤘
*Wow! Perfect sharing my friend! Love your presentation so much! Well done! My best wishes to you and good luck!*
YEAH!!!!!!
Killer tone man, Im thinking of getting a white falcon. You have me thinking even harder about it now!
That sounds Great!! Malcolm is one of the Best and way underrated!! Keep it up :-)

Hey mate, that's one of the best Mal tones I've heard - good job!! :-)
Dude this is a friggen ROCKIN cover!!!!!! Malcolm is my guitar GOD!!!!! You NAILED IT!!!!!
Thanks Brad! Don't forget to subscribe if you haven't already! I'm working on some new video's and will post soon. RIP Malcolm.
Thanks a lot man! I really appreciate it because I know it will work well with my set up. I have a 78 JMP 2203 and a Gretsch double jet a lot like yours.
Sounds n looks great. Do every great song. My Fav. Malcom Tones, Beat @ Bush. Baby please don’t Go.
Man I wish you start posting again. You can really play.
Thanks mate. Coming from you that really does mean a lot to me. You can really play too, no doubt about that. Hopefully soon, I have some time off work coming up!
@@malcolmyoungacdc thank you. I’m still learning! Look forward to seeing some more from you. Thanks again man
Great sound!
Ahhh. Thanks man. I didn't even think about that. I whist got it and was going to take it to a tech anyways. I really appreciate the info and advice. I'm hoping to see more videos come as well.
Fucking awesome!
When’s the comeback been waiting for 4 years bro come on Malcom’s waiting too
Holy shit. that was great! nice job
Fuck yeah dude.
Thanks Short, rock on!
Best cover I've ever seen! Do you mind telling me what settings you had on the amp? Thanks.
Awesome!!!!
Well done !!👍🏾👍🏾👌
Dude! SoloDallas and you should get together! Maybe I can do the bass lines. Would be great!
Thanks Jim! I'd love to do that. SoloDallas commented on this video a while back and I tried to get in touch with him, with no luck. Maybe you could suggest it to him, I'd be keen!
imho Malcolm was underestimated - for most of the audience Angus was the guitar god!
Very true Doc. But for me, when I discovered AC/DC all I could hear was Malcolm, and I'm still blown away by it to this day. Angus was always on Malcolm's shoulders.

Almost 3:00am in the states . Couldn’t sleep . So I find myself banging on my Gretsch trying to play along w/ you Cam. Not even close to keeping up. Your such an inspiration. What a natural talent you have . I can’t get enough . You are by far a great rhythm guitarist . You are a different class my man. I Salute you. I’m sure Mal would be proud. Keep on Rocking. Thanks for sharing. PS. What is the cord on the sixth fret. LOL I can’t get it. Do you have an email we’re I could ask a few more ?? I live in Nebraska right now. . Thanks Garry...
Hey man, what were your amp settings for this vid?
How does a white falcon gretsch feel in the hands? I guess its like a dream? Love the sound!!
Thanks for the comment. I am 6 foot tall, and it feels great in the hands - the balance is just right for me. I prefer the feel and size of it compared to the Jet Firebird. 🤘
Wow the tone sounds a bit like a Mesa also.
I am taken back by that performance ..you are a hot player. I'm old school. That video is four years old. I love Malcom & I'm truly sad of his condition . I watch you over & over & I can't get enough. I am not tech savy. I hope this message reaches you. Angus should of let you play this tour instead of stevie.. what is the cord your playing on 6th fret. When he's saying pull the trigger? I have so many ?s to ask you. I could see how much feel & emotion you put n2 that song. I can't nail it. You are a blessing . Plz don't stop . Your a true talent. The very best I've seen outa all these wanna be's .well done . Are u in the states or ? Fuck ya is right. awesome Cam Better than awesome👍
Hi Garry! Wow, thanks for your very generous comments. I'm taken back a bit. I'm in Perth, Western Australia. Sorry it's taken so long for me to get back to you, I haven't signed in for a couple of years until tonight and saw your message. I still play. I'd be happy to answer any questions you have mate. I think that cord you are asking about is an E7. Thanks again Garry, I'm really happy that you enjoy it as much as you do. Look forward to hearing from you.
RIP Malcom
It was pretty jarring seeing Malcom with one of these considering how small a dude he was 😂 but damn could he play it like no one else…
The greatest rhythm guitarist in the world.
Nicely done. What amp settings did you use.
Thanks Alco. I use a 2203. Settings are;Treble - 7Mids - 6Bass - 5Presence - 4Pre-amp - 6 (you can back it off as the volume goes up)Volume - 6I hope this helps. If you haven't already - please subscribe - more videos coming soon after a long hiatus !

I know its been a while but can you make some more covers 🤘😋
Thanks Vincent. I would love to, I'll see what I can do.
Great cover!!! Just like Mal! Did your falcon come stock with the cadilac tailpiece or did you install that yourself?? Also..... How tall are you??
Thanks for your comments. Sorry it has been years, but it's the first time I've logged in years! I had the Cadillac installed myself so not stock. I'm 6 foot.
Where do you live Cameron i am looking for a Malcolm Guitarist?
Hi Terry, hope you are well. I live in Australia.
Amp settings??
Hi mate, what amp are you running?
@@malcolmyoungacdc I have a JCM 800. Your sound is identical to that of the fantastic album! that's why I asked you
great playing with Malm's attitude.
Are you using the pinky finger on the D chord, in the break about 4:00 and after ?
Hi Jonizefox, glad you like the playing. Yeah there is a little bit of interplay with the "pinky" on the D string. Slide between 2nd/3rd fret, and then sometimes just a little pull off the 3rd fret.

Thinking of getting a 1960tv cab. Does yours have greenbacks in it or did you swap them for G12-65's?
Hi Chris. Sorry it's been forever since I logged into CZcams... I run Greenbacks in my amp but from memory on this recording I ran 75's.
Is that a center block falcon or full hollow body?
Barroom Brawler
It's a full hollow body.
Hope you enjoyed the video, and dont forget to subcribe - more videos coming soon!
Thanks malcolmyounacdc. I greatly appreciate the response. Loved the cover. Sounded great and greatly playing. Ya helped me decide my future purchase on a full hollow body. I was questioning if I should get one or not. Looking at the 5420t though. GW just too much for my wallet. lol! Nice Playing!!! Kudos! Btw Subscribed too! :)
Thanks mate.
I would steer clear of the electromatics. This one Im playing is a G6136T. I think you are better off saving for longer to get the real thing. You could also look for a second hand one to save some money. Buy cheap, buy twice.
Spectacular sound! I was thinking about getting the same model falcon as yours but have one question. I know that model comes stock with the bigsby tailpiece and id rather have the Cadillac G tailpiece like what you have, so is the stock bigsby pinned on by the strings or screwed on? id just hate to have a hole in my falcon if i end up switching tailpieces.
Thanks Austin! Sorry it's been 4 years! I haven't logged in until tonight for more than that time. If you are still thinking about a White Falcon - you can convert the Bigsby over to the Cadillac with no issues. Both tail pieces are attached by three screws over the top of the strap pin.
Cool…like…a lot cool.
You know, people love comebacks, right?
The way you moved like Malcolm is cringe.
Hmmm take a look in the mirror.
