東亜プランより登場した奥行きのあるタイプの横スクロールのアクションゲーム。この「ナックルバッシュ」は、同社初の格闘アクションゲームである。「ジャックブロー」「マイケルソバット」「エルブランチャ」など、奇妙といえるほど個性的な3人のキャラクターが、ところ狭しと戦いを繰り広げる。操作は、移動用の8方向レバーと、パンチとキックに2つのボタンを使用する。スライディング攻撃もある。ゲーム開始時には、使用キャラクターの他、2つのストーリーからシナリオを選択することができる。また、敵のボスを仲間にしてしまうという、これまでにないフィーチャーも盛り込まれている。
ストーリー:
ブル軍団 壊滅への追跡！！ 俺が所属していたプロレス団体”ブル”の実体は極悪非道の犯罪組織だった。チビッコの夢、プロレスを守るため、俺は仲間と共に戦う！ やつらは勢力拡大のため、新たなレスラーを参入させる会議をシカゴのホテルで開き、香港に”NINPOW”という技を使う男を発見したらしい。奴らが接触する前にその男を倒せ！！ マッドブル4人衆 戦慄のバトル！！ 俺が所属していたプロレス団体”ブル”の実体は極悪非道の犯罪組織だった。チビッコの夢、プロレスを守るため、俺は仲間と共に戦う！ 団体は裏切り者の俺を始末すべく挑戦状をたたきつけてきた。俺は地獄の格闘場”バトルキングダム”へと向かう…

I'm not use to seeing the main characters back so much in 2D. They usually show the chest when they are standing still.

う～ん、プレイした事は無いけどよく出来たゲームだなあ…
ゲームとして完成度が高いという意味ではなくて、キャラ設定とかステージ設定とかが良く出来ているので思わず最後まで見てしまった。
アニメの「グラップラー刃牙」を何故かちょっと思い出した…アニメ化したら結構面白い作品になるかもね（しないか…）。👊

I love how the Japanese often have a complete lack of subtlety. Apparently the guy who designed this, Junya Inoue, also developed the sailor moon arcade game. Take of that what you will.

This game have no story and it give me the impression that the main character just paid a bunch of npc to get beat up as he arrive at the entrance of the hotel.
The story is basically a bunch of wrestlers going to beat up a criminal gang led by a freakishly fat man with a flayed pig face as a mask
