Thumbs-Up #48 I am, Thursday evening 23 August 2018. VERY nice! My GPS equipment will sit atop my Sportster’s fuel tank, once I can afford the Sportster (my favorite model).

Has anyone been able to successfully import a gpx file and use it with the new GTS? It imports it, but it goes to trails which is unusable.

I have an important question; I'm based in the UK, I bought 2018 RGS, and I would like to purchase a new Boom Box GTS However, nobody here in Europe can tell me what I really need except the new BB GTS. Dealer is worried that there is a significant difference between us and the international version of the bikes and wiring can be different. I don't think so personally. Can @harley-davidson help me with it?

Be nice if you supported this app in other countries, not even available in New Zealand, happy enough to sell the bikes here, but not much in the way of your software support, can you please let me know when the App is coming to New Zealand, and also when the much anticipated Android Auto is being released as a software upgrade, and where it will be released.

I have this system on my 2019 road glide special. After the initial awe, I’ve come to find it’s pretty much worthless. You need the whim and the HD sena to make it work as Harley-Davidson markets it. As of this date you don’t need an HD tattoo to make the system work. The whim is not an easy install requiring removal of the fairing and being flashed. Other than the am and fm tuner what good is it? The phone is doing all the work if I’m using Apple car play. Harley could of left an open slot in place of the stereo that an iPhone could snap into with a lighting connector that would go to an amplifier and speakers. The gauging features could be controlled with traditional gauges or an app on the iPhone. Not hating on the system or HD, they’re a business they have to make money. I just believe if all these extras are needed to make the features of the system work, it should just be included with the bike and just increase the price.

You're right. the fact of using the bluetooth connection only with HD branded headset is completely fool as today you find helmets with headset integrated and not that stuff you can buy at the hd store

And if people also plan on doing the XM radio module you should install them together or you will be removing and installing the fairing multiple times. Not hard but makes more sense to do it once.

@@bobjohnson2920 $400 for the XM Module? Crazy. Just get the XM app on your phone and play it through your HD Infotainment system.
