The Oasis Documentary "Supersonic" starts with this footage. Watching it with the sounds of an IMAX Theater is truly awesome. When the drums, and then the guitar riff kicks in, it is like getting hit in the chest with a sledgehammer 💪

First view of 2030, I was there at knebworth on that night 24 years ago and it still gets my heart pumping. The energy in that field was simply electric. The prodigy set the stage and Oasis killed it with a masterclass performance.
How, in God's name did Liam even make that simple stance - with his hands behind his back - look so incredibly cool...?! There's swagger, & then there was Liam fucking Gallagher, who was absolutely incredible...he even made that crappy old blue Umbro sweater that he wore at one of their live shows at Maine Road look incredible, FFS...
And who else could have pulled off that monobrow that he & Noel had in their early days & still look pretty damn good with it...?! Noel certainly didn't look half as good with it as LG did, IMO...

I'm from 5 miles up the road from Knebworth (Welwyn Garden City) and was there that night, epic gig and Oasis were and still are and will always be cross-generational as my family were loving listening to it on the radio but also could hear it loudly out in the garden hahaha 😂

I was lucky enough to go both nights, and got to ride the wave from 1994 all the way to Knebworth. It was never in doubt, they were a force of nature and nothing was going to stop them, or us, having the time of our life. A gift, thats how I see them, a gift. They gave so many people a belief, it was more than Music. So greatful to have experienced it.
The one thing I can thank my parents for, is arranging to get it on with each other, so the timing worked out that I was 26 when I was at this gig. The height of Oasis. Everything was simply awesome. Time Machine!
