AT SOME POINT ITS HARD TO NOTICE IF THIS IS A GAME OR A REAL LIFE MISSION RECORDED. ITS SOO GOOD.
Sadly that's also the problem for some who can't separate reality from games. And also have some lose screws in the head.
Well, the missions are fiction. Some are actually referenced from movies. I'm sure there were some references to actual things that did or could happen on a mission but for the most part it's fiction. The tactics and movements are very much real. (aside from pointing a weapon at your teammates back.) Just depends on how a player clears a room. Developers had retired or former SF's consulting with a lot of the game and when they did the motion capture with the actors. They made sure to make it look authentic. As if you were part of the team going in. They wanted to have the player feel the tension, numerousness and split-second decision making, when you take a target down, clearing the room.

Well one thing that gives it away is the the person flashing their firearm at theirs partners back. You’ll get thrown out that platoon in real life for doing such things.
I honestly would just love a shooter game like this mission. Just going around doing special op’s with different team guys maybe with other friends and just doing a siege on a compound or a house or even just fighting a battle that’s got the realism of this mission. Something with the tactical sense of Arma or ready or not and the open world of ghost recon breakpoint but with the graphics and other elements from modern warfare. That would be my dream game, just something realistic and set in a realistic place that was in war.

Would love to see more FPS games with this kind of gameplay.This was a very short mission, lights out was also great. Imagine that type of gameplay with those physics, rag doll effects and emeny hit detection but more open.. Imagine that mission but going through a tower block like The Raid.

This was the first COD campaign I ever finished. I got addicted to multiplayer of the original MODERN WARFARE and never played campaigns after that. But the strict, frustrating SBMM sent me back to campaign mode in 2019.

This was definitely a favorite map..I love the night vision maps. Wish they would make a board for like minded people online to go head to head with. Just allow us to not aim with a laser point if we don't choose to do so.

nothing is as realistic as the sniper mission back in the good old days of COD modern warfare 1 mate... that mission will forever have a place in my gaming little heart. that fear of crawling underneath tanks after tanks, the fright you get some that pool dog attacking or not attacking you, and the fact that you were practically crawling beneath all of the opposition soldiers feet to get through... mate, that shit will live forever in my mind lol... nothing of COD ever made will replace it... its all about realistic graphic now, not the feeling anymore... its a shame how the company have completely lost sight of their true purpose of why they made COD... such a shame.

ALthough this mission 'Clean HOuse' isn't bad either. It is definitely one of most realistic missions ever
But 'All Ghillied Up' will never be topped. It was pure stealth and also something new that COD had done for first time since they went live (keep in mind, COD4 was the first modern warfare and a big leap for COD series that usually was focused on WW2 before that)
For me COD4 campaign will always be the best out of all Call of Duties ever. It is overall most balanced and logical and amazing

People in the upper level can't hear the shots because of the silencer?.. Like really?.. Have you ever heard a gunshot with silencer? It's absolutly hearable, maybe you won't know where is the exact spot of the shoot but you can absolutly hear that. People dead body falling down to the floor it also make noticable noise
@Nicola Zucca . Actually, there not called "silencers." They're suppressors. They just suppress the sound of the gun! Not silence it. That's why most movies & games get it wrong. 👍🏻
Most realistic doesn't mean perfect, it means out of what we have available, it does the best job. The next iteration may fix the issues you raise.
