    That is beautiful country up there. Surprised no one claimed the wood and used it for building.

    When I was there sixty years ago, we climbed on them and played river boat captain. How the years have fled.

      @@Fabulousprofound168 No, I am sorry. If the names were still there, I don't remember them. It was so long ago. I remember that there were names and stuff carved on the lower deck rails and stuff. Dates back to the thirties and fourties.

      @@Fabulousprofound168 I just remembered. Pierre Burton (famous Canadian author) was from Dawson and he wrote a book about the city and the boats. Maybe you could find that book and get some info from it?
