This week, I have met up with some people in person who have been following this account and they all said how it was interesting to have a full insight into dealing with recovery. One of the points raised was the fact that stopping just for a month is a total different thing to sobriety. When the question of stopping for good was raised to a “light drinker” they admitted that they didn’t think they could do it!
Alcohol is so powerful and has such a huge influence on society to the point where I as a non drinker, is regularly the odd one out. However, I am generally the happiest most positive too 💪
I ramble a bit in this video at points and even forgot words, but I hope it makes sense
