Yes restart exboozehound. The conflict can be overwhelming, overthinking, running scenarios over and over. It's almost comical to think your own brain can attack itself like that but it does. Thanks Jon

Gday dude, only just seen this. Totally overwhelming at times and soul destroying. It can be a little like a comical farce sometimes up there in our noggins believing stuff we KNOW isn't true and not believing stuff we KNOW is true.... It's part of the game we play on a daily basis, sometimes we win. sometimes we don't but as long as we keep fighting then we will always come out on top in the end.... Thank you for the "Thanks Jon" you are totally and utterly welcome and Thank you dude for your continued support, Keep going, keep fighting

Jon that is an amazing Vlog. It's really helpful to see/hear your thought processes. From my experience, when trying to help or understand a person's mental illness, it's really helpful to have insight or some understanding how mental illness makes a person think. Interesting to hear you weighing up the pros and cons of finding a way forward.

Judy Fryer hi Judy, thank you. Insight to the mind of those with mental illness is extremely difficult, my noggin for example at the moment is jumping all over the shop, one minute I just want to give up and the next moment I want to get back to helping people as I know I can as I have before. If I do get back to helping people with mental health and addiction issues speaking to family and friends of those with the issues will be a big part of what I do. Catch you soon, stay safe xx
