This bend was done in step mode on the controller. This is why there is a long delay between functions.
Using the mandrel lubricator will lube the mandrel & inside of the tube to reduce the friction at the end of bend when pulling the mandrel out.

More boost speed and scoot your mandrel forward. Also more lube in the tube. Scoot the wiper forward and lower pressure on the pressure die.

Put a little more rake on the wiper die to lesson scratches and reduce slipping which will cause wrinkling. But if material is too soft the wrinkling at end of bend will never go away.
