Its very rare that a DJ can surprise me with soul/disco/funk records that I haven't heard before, there i was only 3 tunes that I could recognise. Just Incredible! Simple the best!

Well if you listen to a lot of post disco songs on CZcams, a lot of rare artists will come up after your song. For example I found out about Curtis Hairston, Sharon Redd, Inner Life, etc after I listened to a song I searched for called Shake It Up by Cherylynn.

This lady is a rare find 70 and 80 ,s funky groovy tracks she was not even born when this music making that dancefloors on fire....most coming young females DJ,s today have no idea of good funky music tracks only what most play is boring techno beats ,,also that 70.s and 80,s tracks are very difficult to mix and match the beats especial on vinyl . Much respect for this beautifull young lady.Keep on the good funky work

But I could never do this and make it sound so smooth and effortless. Funky... Soulful... 45's. Oh no, if asked I'd run out of town. Let professionals handle this. God bless you!. I hate to admit it but this is the first.time I've ever seen or heard her and boy have been missing out. Incredible set. She's not just a DJ she an ARTIST!! She showing that it's truly an art form and the difference between a DJ and a turntablist(not a knock to turntablist).
Wow! This is my favorite....genre of music! I’m 56 and this was how we grooved in da 70’s & 80’s....when music was actually played and not completely sampled or over manipulated by technology. Music...still had... “soul”. Lyrics...had substance and wasn’t toxic. Music....real music....will lift you. Just as these tracks do! Music....all music operate....at frequencies. Some great sessions at the Glitterbox festival but this lady blew me away with her track selection and funky style...the outfit, the dancing and her obvious love of the music she was playing were absolutely infectious!!

This DJ is freakin' jammin! I've been DJ-ing a long time (about 25 years) and there are cuts she's playing that I've never heard of before. I'm a fan of her work starting today! Looking at all that wax in her room, makes me long for my record collection from years ago. Still kicking myself in the balls for giving up my records to go digital.
