Great discussion, I wonder if the AMA has the right people with the right experience, background, and knowledge fighting on behalf of the AMA and it's members. I hear Bruce talk about all the knowledge from his past experiences. Those people who have all the experience and knowledge should be the ones representing us. Maybe they have that expertise and I am wrong.
Been a fan of Bruce for years for his electronics reviews, rc plane flying, and ranting against flying authorities all over the world!
Good talk nice to see Bruce talking to the us flyers with Great ideas on how to halt the government over regulations
Keep it up think a lot more Flyer's are finally opening there eyes 👍

Big fan of Bruce 's - I watch all his videos.... Good for him to have the courage to speak his mind.
I fly at an AMA field, so the new remote ID rules do not impact me. I do not fly quads, so the remote ID rules do not apply to me. I do not fly copters, so the remote ID rules do not impact me.
However, we need to remember the words of Martin Niemöller
"First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out-because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out-because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me-and there was no one left to speak for me."
Eventually, the hobby will be regulated out of existence if left un-checked.
Bruce says it best - The folks that are actually hobbyists are not the problem. The issue is with the folks trying to get their camera and long-range vehicles airborne, and do not recognize the potential hazards that are included with flying every type of vehicle.
Great podcast, shame Lee was "unable" to attend.

Bruce is one of a handful of people leading the fight to save our hobby, hopefully some of these regulators will listen and do the right thing and spend their time not fighting for corporate interest who donate lots of money to them that hobbyists just can’t afford.

Can't fault the voice of experience........
Have a group of kids fly at the school field then see the country's reaction when 60 children are handed fines to bring home for their parents. The general public is ignorant to our plight. Mainstream news could potentially change opinions.
Bruce is correct - the AMA has failed to represent the community
