Most people are stuck in the old way of doing things and they are afraid to embrace the new way of living and doing things even in their own lives. Go look at the Spurs for an example of a team that "tanked" right: traded away all their players who would have made them good enough to get a top 5 pick (Derrick White, Dejonte) but still kept the young dudes trying. Wizards ain't building a good culture by having Poole and Kuzma just clown around and have a good time while the team goes to shit.
