What I'm hoping for is a fair mod market of free and paied mods (but the paied mods are actually good) like a reverse bethesda creation club, if this happens you will see the first robot with a modding community and maybe the first true smart robot

Dream Labs makes from this awesome robot a terrible one with this ridiculous subscription fees, of course the development has to be funded but not with these monthly/yearly prices. 1 time purchase would be better.

They are making the overdrive Infinite charge track first then I would guess they would continue the line with more cars, so your Hope's may come true trooper!

I've noticed my vector has trouble backing up on his charger lately. He doesn't seem to get lined up correctly. But of course he's from the earlier generation.
You have to clean him up so his sensor can see the station (had a problem like that with my roomba once) the other solution I have seen and used before in the past is putting something behind the charging dock like a soda can. I hope this helps
Also make sure he is on a flat surface
@@wooweeandbuzzee He's on a table top. But I fixed the problem it seems after I cleaned his tracks and the surface. Thanks. edit: didn't look dirty but it must of been.

Not been able to use my vector,when I was using it was happy since original company sold off vector things changed,became a costly event..when it was free with other company..
I'm sorry, but $47.00 a year is not a "costly event" Kinda exaggerating are we?

Good luck getting a Robot from DDL. It's 05/13/22 and they have slipped every release promise they've made. No Robots to be seen anywhere, and the same vague statements from DDL. Shit! even getting a refund is hit or miss. I've been trying to get a refund for over 2 months. DDL looks to be doubling down on their greed, and have trotted out lifetime memberships for a robot that doesn't exist. Buyer beware; is all I can say.

I paid and pre-ordered a Vector 2.0 in Nov 2020, as of January 2023 it hadn't arrived. I asked for a refund was stalled.
Managed to get my refund; after a struggle. I'm in the UK.
I'm posting this to let you know how I feel today..
I, like many;supported you in the Vector and Cozmo 2.0 venture, we all were excited, watched your uploads on the, so called progression. We all feel duped and used. You have broken promises over and over again, what an abysmal way to run a company.
By pre-ordering You are guaranteed revenue and funds, it creates excitement for your new product, however you have messed up the release windows and you have botched up a campaign that is hurting your business.
I am going out of my way to deter future purchases of Vector and Cozmo 2.0s over here in the UK. I don't want anyone else to be sucked down your rabbit hole.
The Vector 2.0s that have arrived to customers...only in the US, are reporting major defects and error codes. One of which is the overheating issue, I want to add, I was told you have the CE certificate for UK distribution and orders are in a UK warehouse...I find that hard to believe, a CE certificate guarantee' s a safe and compliant product. I'm eagerly awaiting customers to begin posting on Facebook that their robots have arrived and what issues they are experiencing.

It seems like it but if you think about how the last company flopped, DDL is trying not to do the same thing, if you want to see vector become something better then email and contact DDL, I have been trying to get them to so a reverse bethesda creation club (free mods and paied mods but the paid mods are actually good and worth the money) also maybe an expansion slot for an SD card and so on... but all things take time when your not trying to fall on your butt

yeah, pretty sure i can confirm it on behalf of most of the community, give us our fucking vector for free and stop making us pay for a subscription to use him.. we already payed near to £300 for the robot and we can’t use it bc we need to subscribe? ripoff..
