The first guy has good crosshair placement, there was a few shots abit suspicious but its hard to be sure. Dust is highly played and easy for awp shots.

He had average crosshair placement. Some of the angles he pushed are extremely cocky and usually extremely bad ideas. It was pretty blatant honestly. Also Phobos is like 4 bucks, skins don’t mean someone isn’t cheating.

@alfie picton im with Jekku this time, even thought his aim is a little bit sus, does prefiring an angle means he doesn't know what he is doing? During the pit clip where he misses a lot if his shots, he angled his crosshair on the angle which a lot of times, someone would stand there, that does not prove he is walling, also, that flick towards the guy up A site, during the slow motion, it looks like he toggled aim, but if you look closely, he uncrouched and flicked towards the guy, which looks super aimbot. During on A short, someone was hiding next to the stairs, Sparkles just accused him for walling for no particular reason, and says he was pretending that he doesn't know. Would someone flick over to the guy if he is walling? He would just aim towards the angle and walk slowly towards him and prefire him. Personally, i don't think experience and play time would be a good factor for judging whether or not someone is hacking, personally, i think he is just good and he just good reported due to his k/d ratio.

I've got to disagree on the first Overwatch video.. All of the info from his shots were from the map or the molly burning the CT on cat. I feel like that ban was unjust tbh, judging by the way you have never seen those "inspect" AWP shot's I don't think you've ever seen any ESEA matches lol because that looks pretty legit to me. Just my two cents.

Problems with the first case, I'll be honest. I think he was using soft aim, but the guy wasn't wallhacking. And the ONLY thing that makes me believe he was using any form of aim hacks was the round where he was lining up shots through the floor at pit.
Now a lot of this, you might be thinking he's lining up shots -- of course he is, but that doesn't always mean someone is walling. When you know where the edge of the wall is, and you know someone is peaking it -- or usually peaks it -- you can line up your shot, peak, and net a quick kill if you aimed correctly. That's why he was prefiring long, and that's what he was doing in pit as well. But a lot of the way he played doesn't tell me he was walling, you also have to remember that his teammates are spotting people and making callouts themselves and he can adjust his aim where appropriate.
When the guy was burning in cat from the molly, you can HEAR him burning. A sound plays that is as audible in the replay as it is in-game. You hear that little 'thump' sound. That gives away positions when you're being burned. What confused me, is this guy didn't immediately push the person burning in the molotov, and instead acted like he didn't know he was there. Maybe my headset's just better than his, but if you had the x-ray turned off I would've known there was a guy in that corner -- personally. If this dude was walling, you could make a case that he was trying so hard to look like he wasn't that he straight up ignored an obvious mechanic calling out a player's position.
And the very first round looked really, really weird. Like aimhack weird. But I noticed that your replay was lagging a lot during the first round, which will make things look suspicious when in actuality they weren't. Overwatch is bad about that and it's something to look out for when looking at cases.
Also on the round where he was holding mid for the LONGEST time, only one person crossed to B -- his team killed that person. That means that, of course, the rest of the CT team was A. There was no external program giving him that knowledge, one went B and that one person died. He was watching mid the whole time so he himself knew no one else went B.
1:30 It looked weird, and looks like he aimhacked the guy, but it's replay lag -- and his camera stopped too far away from where the guy peaked to have been an aim lock. It's not unimaginable that either he checked tunnels because no one on T side went there and someone from CT can push, as is fairly common, or one of his teammates heard a guy coming there and so he pre-aimed to wait for them.
2:50 He wasn't starting the guy through the wall. He was looking lower, spotted the guy up on sight, and then you can argue he was staring through the wall but.. why wouldn't he? He now confirmed someone was there, it's only smart that he lines up a shot.
Personally I wouldn't have voted on banning this person -- at the time of writing my comment anyway, I haven't watched through the entirety of the case. Because it's not beyond a reasonable doubt. Where you think he's walling, I see him lining shots on corners where CTs VERY OFTEN play. Nothing suspicious about that, you'd have a field day observing any of my replays if you think that's walling.
@Ethereal A lot of new and therefor lower skilled players should read your thorough explanation.... It is very good trying to explain the facts of csgo play. I know people get paranoid as new players since new accounts see so many real cheaters. Luckily you see them less and less when you climb up the skill ranks and get a good trust factor. Smurfs too... Skill or bad skill with game knowledge is not cheating... And you can't convict if not 100% sure. Imagine how many false bans there would be! Luckily ow is a jury system where many people judge the same case. If I saw the whole ow 8 rounds who knows if I would think he is guilty but what I have seen: Not guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

the first guy, I think he might had stolen an account and trying to get it banned, or maybe he stole the skin? dont really know. Also that reminds me of how I bought around 50 euro of paysafecards, and used it on some really cool skins like ak frontside misty and a sniper which I dont really remember the skin of (I was 16 years old at the time). and after like a year of playing with them, I tryed to put it in a gambling site to get some new skins. I got the trade request, the bot looked exactly the same as been told to me from the site, so I accepted the trade. Sadly, the bot was fake, and had stolen all on my skins. and thats the story of how I lost faith in humanity. Thanks for reading.
edit : I was not going to try and gambe for some better skins, just to trade in for some other skins in the withdraw section.

5:14 if you watch closely you can see that he is able to see a tiny bit of the player in site..so he tried to flick... If he was aimbotting he would have killed him... The first player is legit man... He is real..
I don't think the Dust II player was cheating. Seems like you were tunneling him since the first round where the only kill I could see that you could pick up on is him checking tuns.

4:42 He's missing all his shots because, he doesn't have walls? After giving up on preaiming goose, he preaims cross - his teammate at the corner of long peeked the corner and saw a ct at cross. Seeing noone peeking cross, and noone goose, he spams the box.
5:20 His teammate jumps across cross, with knowledge of one at cutout, turns towards spawn and spots both B-ramp/mid door leading to 5:43 (the aftermath of a nadespam due to knowledge of cts in the mid door area and guessing that at least one will push short). He knows the ct is there because of the burning from the molly.
6:05 His teammate (at ctmid) is fighting the last ct (at long)
There might've been sus behaviour in this match, but out of the clips at normal speed that were shown, I reckon the player was probably SEM/Nova1 smurfing in S1-S3

little bit of explanation for you regarding 12:20
the game records your models pov, not your players pov.
as most spinbots have the model look either straight up or down to allow for more easy aimlock/flicks (same angle into every direction increases probability of landing the first hit as opposed to varying angles into every direction), what you will see is exactly what you saw.
there is another cheat that displaces your model by turning and tilting it, so your opponents will miss 99% of hits as the actual hitboxes are mismatched from the visual model. if you spectate both, the players and the recorded fov, you will find the same "interesting" interaction. recorded fov will be completely mismatched from players actual fov.
