Great job, looks awesome. I replaced my muffler for a similar one last month. Just a heads up, mine said it was full stainless. Now it has rust slowly showing on it. I recommend spraying it with high temp heat paint.
I’m guessing your somewhere cold. In Florida no need. Never gets cold and no salt on road. Based on the trees in background my guess is he’s somewhere warm.
Sadly, not all stainless is created equal. 316 SS is your best bet to resist corrosives like salt then 321 (common for exhaust parts) but yours is probably 304, which has more carbon in it, check it with a magnet and you'll see it's probably slightly magnetic. 304 doesn't resist the corrosive impact of salt but it's better than mild steel.

did you ever had any issues after installing the exhaust?? i saw a video of a guy who had to remove the exhaust after driving it for almost an hour because his honda acty wouldnt start. he put the old one and it started right away. anyidea on whathe did wrong?

Man thanks for a clean video that doesn't take an hour but still explains the process. I bought my first Kei, 1995 Honda acty attack. There is something loose in converter or muffler causing a rattle. Can you suggest a good website to get that Giga n1?.......as well as your go to parts websites. Thanks

Hey what do those heater hoses actually go to? Are they for carb choke pull off or for cabin heat?
Pre heat for the carb, when it’s cold. You connect them together, not remove them.
Did removing the hot air return lines cause problems? Do you see it causing problems at winter temps?
We can see it causing problems in freezing temperatures by longer carburetor warm up times

Update: There was no exhaust gasket. The one i bought didn’t fit. Installed without one and it’s leaking. Going to find a better gasket tomorrow.

Hey people asked about the heater hoses...what are they for? I'm not worried about having heat I live coastal NC so it's never a must...but will it cause my AC to not work?
They send heat up to deice the carb in cold weather

Unfortunately there is no direct link because we bought it on the Japanese auction. Sometimes they have them in stock and sometimes they don’t you can check but I believe right now it’s not in the auction: buyee.jp
What about the tube going to the air box? Did you just leave it open or put a cover on it? How is it doing with cold start now with no heat from the muffler?
