- I haven't shot a slingshot in about 40 years.
I saw Simple-shot.com 's Black Friday sale and decided to get me a new toy, the SimpleShot Scout LT.
If I had to do it again, I probably would have gotten something with a larger grip for my first 'adult' slingshot, but so far I'm liking it, even tho I could barely hit a cow at this point, never mind take down a squirrel.
Any tips to help a noob shoot better a welcome.

Hi ....just a little advice....If you move you thumb and index finger and grip higher up on the curved shoulders of the forks.... that will help tighten or lock the slingshot in your hand better.

Dude is slinging at the Bates motel in his pj's looking like he just woke up.
Cut the bands shorter, hold the slingshot up higher on the grooved part, draw the slingshot just like you would a bow, you dont have to bend your head at all, just draw to the same spot on the corner of your mouth each time.
You hold it wrong :) Thise one is made for "pinch grip".
You are miss handling and doing everything wrong, simpleshot has tutorials on how to do it , happy shooting 😊
