- HOT DAMN, I didn't know they could go this hard. Dethrone was a whole lot more aggressive than I was ready for but I loved every second. Where next to with Bad Omens.

"i need to calm down. also, no." same. my struggle of life.
it's great to see someone enjoying any Bad Omen songs off of anything besides the new album. I love this song and the whole album!
"F*k is right buddy!" 🤣😂😂 Oh my god your reaction absolutely made my evening 😂❤
😂 really glad you enjoyed. Thanks for taking the time to watch.
@@ChaseCarnesonHaven't watched your videos in years but this was a fantastic way back in.
If you want to check out more Bad Omens, I highly recommend giving "Like a Villain" a go. The singer does some really cool things with his voice in that.
If you want more Bad Omens, I suggest either Artificial Suicide for the heaviness and how well they blend in different metal influences, or The Grey as a showcase of how good Noah's vocals can really be.
Yes, The Grey and Like a Villain are definitely worth checking out 🤘
This style was Bad Omens when they first formed. This heavy chuggy prog metal. Noah would only sing low and growl..... Sort of like the style timeline of Spiritbox. They started heavy then went on a journey to find their sound. As with Court, Noah found it easy to sing higher and cleaner and started doing it more and more. Then when they found their style, he found his range and thus the juggernaut of Bad Omens was fully unleashed. The band as well as Noah are superb and their unique style of music will be influential for a lot of other newly forming bands. As always another great reaction Chase. Bad Omens rabbithole is just as addictive as Spiritbox.... i wish you luck finding your way out. :)
I always say they stared out as Sempiternal by BMTH and developed into their own monster
"Harder than Chinese algebra" is my new favorite benchmark for facing difficulties in life. Thank you for that, and for the great reaction video. There's tons of live performances out there, and they're even streaming their show on veeps this Sunday if you want to actually catch it all live. They're seriously impressive, even with Noah sick.
Haha you’re welcome. Thanks for supporting and taking the time to comment. Can’t wait to check more out.
This was a Covid concert streamed with no audience so the sound quality is fantastic.
I love the rythm of both the lyrics and the music in this one, but what got me hooked was the four thousand tiktoks I've seen of Noah warming up the crowd with back and forth him shouting "CONCRETE" and the crowd shouting in response "JUNGLE!!"
And then he says "This is Dethrone" and goes right in. It gets me every time.
More precisely: "This is Dethrone you f*cks" :D
I was in the pit in boston when he did this. walked right through all of us. It was so cool.
Mercy from that live stream is great highly recommend it
Next would have to be Concrete Jungle or if you did want to go see what Noah's vocals can do on a softer track, If I'm There - Unplugged
Man, I hope you know the backstory to this song. Just started the watch. Here's hoping
Yeah, the backstory give the real meaning to the lyrics. The "Getting out is not enough if nobody else can come" part breaks my heart every time. But I think to sing this song is a kind of therapy for him.
No connection to Just Pretend. The most important lyrics in Dethrone would be "Let me take you back to when I was killed and born again" and "Burning up beneath the sun while my father drained of blood" and "Getting out is not enough if no one else can come".
I am so excited that you reacted to this one. Having seen them live a few times now, Dethrone is always amazing! I think that you could react to their entire catalog and enjoy it. Looking forward to more. ❤
Great reaction!
Thank you for the video, I really liked it. Yeah the first part was an intro - Noah loves to create new intros, put some changes into live performances so they don't get bored to play a certain song for the 1000x time. I'm not a fan of harsh vocals, except if we talk about Bad Omens. :) I'm also a sucker for live performances... If I hear a song and a like it, the next thing I want to listen the live version. For this song particulary the chemistry between the singer and the crowd is phenomenal. Can't wait to hear it live in next January. I have to mention the last album title song "The Death Of Peace Of Mind" which perfectly blends both Noah's angelic and devilish voice. Furthermore it has a very interesting origin story ;) He started it as a challenge "to create music without any instruments" in quarantine time.
my favorite song from them!!!
I also just started listening to them.
Have a great and lovely day Chase and B.
"Just sit n shake" ❤😂
Thumbs up for Chase!
Prolly my most favorite heavy song of all time .. the live version is way better than the official video imo
Need more bad omens 🙏🙏
Me : You can't play multiple air instruments at the same time.
Chase : Hold my beer.
Hahaa I’m ready to go on tour if anyone needs me
@@ChaseCarneson A new genre. Silent metal.
I’ve been waiting a while for this one :P
This is good, but far out has he improved on this even more recently!!!! The while band has. I love these guys so much... They've been working so hard for years and seeing them where they are now is amazing.
Gotta get on Jaded - Spiritbox Chase. Hope you're doing well brother
Love this song. My only complaint about BO is that they don’t go this hard enough, because they do it so well. We got Artificial Suicide on the new album which was fun but for the most part it’s just really short breakdowns in otherwise Risecore songs (which they also do really well!). To me bands like Spiritbox strike the perfect balance of heavy and soft.
Hi, please reaction to brazilian band, ANGRA - Ride Into the Storm.
Me when I fall off the toilet, right?! 🚽
Omg it's finally happening 🥹 I'm so stoked for this!
