I found that is way easier removing the OEM sectional liner, transfer the clips onto the new full liner, you will need couple extra OEM clips and screws, when you select that option at the dealer (Full liner) I do not think they will install it on top of the sectional liner, the con on that, is that leave a space where debris will get between the two liner and will get stuck, probably creating a "maracas" sound.
