That's a beautiful axe. Stands out a little more than the 28 but, not as flashy as the 45. The perfect guitar.

Hey Jen are the stones on the bridge pins Back Onyx ? I hope they didnt have to make the holes bigger to accommodate them. Schaller does make some of the worlds best guitar tuners. Sounds so good and looks awesome!

It is not just a D28 with bling added. The 4x series is the top of the line. They get better grades of wood, more craftsman time and care. . The D41 has less abalone trim than the D45.
D-28? My understanding was this guitar was basically a D-45 with less purfling and smaller hexagon inlays.

What makes D41 rare? Just because it was made in 2018? Martin makes many pieces every year. I have a D41 made in 1983. It is a very good guitar but I am not sure if it is “rare”
