Anthony Arnold Brent Mason is a fabulous player
Song 2 is “Back in the Saddle Again” by Gene Autry
Mark Agnesi thanks Mark, happy #straturday 🎸🤘🏻
What’s the tab to my little ballerina
That’s the most beautiful sounding guitar I’ve ever heard
Agreed
That's the sound of a great old Martin with Brazilian rosewood. Well played by Mark.
This is the best 000 I've ever heard. Wow!
Sick!!!
My god that thing sounds like a piano. Beautiful piece of history there.
My favourite Guitar of the Day so far. That guitar sounds beautiful.
This is the most beautiful sounding Martin I've ever listened to, it's depth and warmth are awesome.
The tone is woody yet has an an intimate connection from the heart to my happy ears. This is the one to get.
That may be the best sounding flat top I’ve ever heard
those overtones and sustain tho!
Obviously I adore seeing all the guitars especially the flat tops that you bring out but I just wanted to tell you I really, really love your music and the way you play. It encourages me to dig a little deeper. I watch your hands a lot. Thank you for posting these wonderful videos no matter how old they are.
Not sure if mark is being sarcastic about the quality on the videos or not but playing on my tv it is crispy clear! Good job Jen!
love your acoustic videos because your fingerpicking stuff is always so nice!
That's amazing ! Piece of history
This guitar just seems to speak to you with the way the notes ring off. So soulful and full of life. Also feels kindof like when talking with your grandpa or someone of similar position. Just simply wiser and more well seasoned. My god this guitar is wonderful
Gorgeous look and sound. One for my Lottery list.
Beautiful Martin. Beautiful playing, Mark. Beautiful videography, Jen.
That Martin was gorgeous, it is a testament to Martin that their guitars that are that old still exist and still sound great.
mark and jen, you always make my day better, merry christmas
That first song always gets me with these old Martins.
Awsum presentation, guys. One axe that will live forever.
This has always been my dream guitar
Wow! What a sound!
It is the top of the line vintage Martin.
That's the goods.
Somebody *loved* that guitar. What a beauty.
Love your presentations and playing, Marc. 12/25-1/1 will be a tough week for me. Flat-top Friday's are my favorite!
Holy shit this will sell by Monday the sound is just killer! The volume finger style is huge. Great player too of course!
What a great sound well played ,and amazing looking too .🇫🇷🐸👍🇮🇪
Stunning piece of history.
Beautiful guitar, and equally beautiful playing. Nice one Mark, real nice.
Just gorgeous tone....that's about as far back as you can go and get a great sounding old Martin. Just beautiful looking and sounding!
Beautiful!
Thanks for that one! Amazing. This one is the year before the one Martin Taylor owns. Stunning guitars!
For a 93 year old guitar, it sounds wonderful. The wood has really aged wonderfully.
I love flat top Friday, it's truly educational for an electric player like me! Cheers!
Wow the guitar sounds beautiful
Amazing find
Great guitar Mark the old gal still has some golden tones to share nice job !
That sounds incredible!
Gregg Allman born on Dec. 8, too.
Nice playing Mark... this old guitar brings out something special in you.
very nice playing - I really enjoyed it thanks
dream guitar
Thanks again, Mark & Jen. My daily dose of geeking out on stuff i can't afford. And my brain is ever more full of guitar nerd info. i DO enjoy the weird-ass stuff sometimes too, but i'll take all the Triple-0s and Juniors and Precisions you got. Thanks some more.
beautiful tones
Gorgeous Martin!!!
People often say that these are a waste of money and you can get the same tone out of a new guitar, but they need to get their ears checked. There is just nothing that can compete with the tone that comes out of these old martins. So beautiful. Man I wish I could afford one 😂
Beautiful tone.
That is an amazing guitar!🎵🎵♩♩
WOW GREAT TONE!!
Wonderful playing, Mark.
Beautiful old guitar.
One of those rare occasions Mark displays his soul.
Lovely guitar and nice playing Mark.
AWESOME!!!
Damn that thing sounded good!!!
Love the vids man!

my birthday as well and great guitar choice! Love them Martins oh its also Sineed O Conners bday too lol
Such a beautiful sound. Much better than Some of the new ones.
Beautiful. If you ever get to PA, the Martin tour is awesome.
That Martin is no freakin joke. Thanks guys!!
Martin offered steel strings as a standard set up way back in 1917. The 1350 Koa models had it. In 1918 they decided to market them with rosewood or mahogany sides and a spruce top and called them OO-18. I know - I own a 1917 1350 Koa with steel strings on it.
Actually 1915, is when Martin offered steel strings on their guitars.
@michaelgonzalez7304 Sorry my friend, but no Martin guitars were sold with steel strings (except for custom orders) before 1917. That is according to Martin historian Mike Longworth in personal correspondence. According to the book Martin Guitars: A History, p. 68, it was the success of the 1917 koa 1350 models that "prompted Martin to officially offer its first production of steel string for regular playing in 1922."
This is a lovely, lovely guitar. Suggestion? A great piece for a "seasoned" Martin would be "Ashokan Farewell", popularized by the Ken Burns series, "the civil war". Truly a great piece for a deserving guitar like this....
Lovley guitar ... love just to have a play ... cheers Chris from England
OOO-12 fret acoustic guitars are the best steel string body design on the planet !!
this Martin is glorious tone ❣❣ 💓
snowflake inlays are much sexier than the hexagons of future years ; open headstock with fountain inaly and Brazilian , this guitar has it all !!!
thankyou to all the folks who looked after this baby for the last 90 years...
#flattopfriday Straturday Eve!! 1928 Martin sounds great. Great demo! Byyeeeeeeeee!🤘🏻🎸
Awesome 000 Yes Sir!
I love Gibson's and Martin's guitars.
Awesome guitar!
Nice guitar, and nice playing, as always. I must confess, though, the first couple bars of the flat-picked song made me think of the Motel 6 ads from the '90s("This is Tom Bodett, and, we'll leave the light on for ya.").
I hope whoever buys this guitar PLAYS IT. Beautiful sounding instrument. P.S. You can tell when Mark really likes a guitar when he plays it.
Dope guitar as always :)
You are one hell of salesman Mark! Not a bad player either…..thankyou for another great demo.
Happy FlatTop Friday
everyone! We miss you Jim,
John & Dimebag! Once again Mark

Brent Mason's "My Little Ballerina." I did a tab of it a long time ago. may be still up at countrytabs.
I'm not usually a Martin guy. (Gibson guy) There are some exceptions though. And, that beauty is one of them! Damn Daniel! 😍😍😍
That guitar looks and sounds feaking awsome
Sounds like a bell..... So beautiful
Sweet sounding
That guitar just blue my WI fi speaker lol.😁 great job. Hi jen.😊
That was freakin sweet, all of it
Dang Mark, that was awesome.
The sweetest ever ! They hid a speaker inside.
Absolutely gorgeous. Looks good too. Still would like to see a vintage Recording King, or maybe an old Harmony (Buck Owens perhaps)
Not to mention, my favorite.....
....Goya Rangemaster.
Excellent playing. RIP MORRISON, LENNON, DIME
Holy Cow! That thing just chimes! Elegant fingerpicking! How's it feel to play an instrument nearly three times your age?
Beautiful tone, beautifully played.
Play us some Nick Drake for your next flat top Friday Mark!!
wow !!!!! holy grail
Remember waking up on the morning of the 9th (in Amsterdam) 1980 and hearing the news. Cried the whole day.
Yeah, Dime truly touched us all
terriblecj December 8th 1980 is the day John Lennon died. Dime dies the same year in 2004.
killerwowmaster the same date maybe ???

Thank You
Wow I need that guitar. Let me sell my house first :) Great piece of Martin history.
Nice Mark as always
I hope one day you’ll get a Martin D-18E 1959 that would be dope
That guitar sounds exceptionally well. 12 fretters, huh? I'm a believer now.
That Martin is somethin' else!
YES MAKE BLOOPERS
I can dig it.
