TODAY'S RECIPE IS Banana Cake in Fry Pan | Easy Banana Cake Recipe Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
One ripe banana
Mashed well
Sugar 1/2 cup
One egg (you can skip it)
Oil 1/4 cup
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Non stick pan
Grease oil
Spread some sugar
Banana slices
Turn on the flame
Place a tawa
Heat the tawa for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 min place the fry pan
Cook it on low flame for 20-30 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

This is a bomb recipe. I used 2 bananas in the base of the pan. Put the pan directly on the stove on low heat. Cake was soft, spongy, and tasty. Turned out great. Big thanks for the recipe.
