Lol, Warp 9's are a grand for front and back. This is how you fuck a wheel up.
I can put a set of Excel A60's together right now for $1,000 and those are the highest quality wheel on the market... My local dealer will sell the set of warp 9's with brand new tires, rotors, and rear sprocket for $799. Who ever charged you $1,000 for just the wheels must not like you...
