    I'm just gathering suitable fabric for the sewing group I help to run. It's a perfect project that one of our students saw and passed on. Thank you.

    This is awesome! so uncomplicated! I want to make for my sons bedside. Now, hopefully, I can find a fabric without a clear front and back. Thank you!!

    I have watched 2 of these tutorials, going to make one for my night stand, but I think they would be better with some kind of stabilizer

    Do you use some kind of weight so it doesn’t fall off the couch with the weight of the remotes?

    Brilliant pattern. Just one criticism, the wrong and right sides are too similar looking. Causes confusion.

      They need to be similar for this design to work

    My dad’s recliner doesn’t have a removable cushion. Any idea of what I could use as a counter weight?

    • @HelloSewing
      @HelloSewing  Před rokem

      Can you just push the fabric between the armrest and the cushion? Perhaps use a dowel to keep in place. You can test it with a piece of fabric

      Small glass beads. Or curtain weights

    Any reason you couldn’t use a quilters cotton and use fusible interfacing.

      You may, but youll need 2 layers of quilting cotton

    I don't think this would stay in place just tucking under cushion. Did not look like very long piece to tuck.
    Also with dark fabric, please use dark elactic!

      I've been using this exact one for months now and it stays in place. Of course you can make it longer if you prefer
