Nah, but is pretry high up there. I think Markus Kohs 2011 freestyle is my very favourite, butthere are some others that beat this aswell. There is Shinya Kido's 2009 freestyle, that was amazing, and Luis Enrique Villasenors 2011 freestyle

dude, every person has a thing he or she is crazy for. People who have never liked or even played with a yoyo don't understand this, I have not played with one for over a decade, but man, I would be cheering, screaming and applauding this guy if I was there.... the tricks he do require a lot of skills, practice and concentration.
I sht you not; I have spent , in total, about four and a half hours watching this. Two and a half at first, then at least two since. This is probably the coolest thing I`ve ever seen.
Not only one of the best in the world, but one of the nicest guys at the contest.

I don't understand why there are so many negative comments. I mean, the Likes vastly outweigh the dislikes, but I guess there are people who are just jealous that they don't have any kind of talent, skill, or athletic ability to do something that requires such precision and grace, not to mention stamina.
I'm most impressed by the fact that there was a portion where the audience clapped in time with the beat. Yo-yo audiences are notoriously bad for having terrible rhythm while cheering at European contests.
ok i actually logged in to post this because ANYONE that would type anything passive or negative to this guy's performance doesn't even exist. with that being said i might as well type something. this shit is inSANE coordination. And how he matches it to the music is astonishing. Now go out there all you future yoyoers...see if you can top that

Yup. It spins idle. A good yo-yo will idle (spin freely) for 3+ minutes. You can then either return it and throw it again, or dead-start it with your hand.

It's not a yo-yo. It's a guy doing yo-yo tricks that seem impossible and is the #1 best in the world at doing them. Something to feel proud of.

I hate when the general population starts commenting on yoyo videos.. most of them are just negative and insulting comments. But that's what happens when people just don't understand our hobby and what we do and the amount of time we put into it. All in all this was a great freestyle by Janos and i proud to see him win the tittle he deserves. In a way this reminded me of the 2010 contest when jensen kimmitt won, two different styles but same crowd energy
I'm always amazed at this level of GEEK.
As a decent yoyoer if i may say so myselff, i couldnt do an 8th of the tricks he did. Compared to other professionals, janos style is so much more technical and adds many ninja vanish type tricks and insanely difficult whips and lacerations. Its so insane the level of difficulty and the crazyest part is the consistency of his string hits. Very well deserved win and he deserves much applause.

To everyone who's new to this kind of Yoyo play - Yes, this routine is extraordinary and difficult, but yoyoing is not what it used to be. Achieving high level play (by the standards of the past) is easier now because of the way yoyo design has changed. Google "unresponsive yoyoing" for an explanation.

That's hysterical.
He is an average looking dude with extraordinary yo-yo skills. People find it hard to grasp why someone would want to spend so much time into this. The answer is simple. Intrinsic motivation: the strong desire to be self-directed in ones endeavors (Autonomy) and the the humans strong urge for mastery in a particular hobby whether it be skateboarding, video games, driving cars, etc. When one has intrinsic motivation they can and will achieve anything. He probably even has a girlfriend as well
