For sure! It can be hard to find it but I'm sure there is more stored away in the collections of people who loved 8mm film cameras.

Here's a tid bit of info. Other Royal train engines besides the 6508 were 6506 and 6513, Engineer was Al Dunn and foreman E. Godal chosen by CNR Transportation Officer Laurel (Thomas) Arnold in Winnipeg based on their qualifications and wore pure white uniforms including white hats. Prince Philip congratulated them on a smooth operation. The 1970 tour of Manitoba for it's 100th anniversary of the province’s entry into Confederation included the following communities Churchill, Thompson, Gillam, Flin Flon, Norway House, Swan River, The Pas, Dauphin, Clear Lake, Brandon, CFB Shilo, Portage la Prairie, Oakville, Winnipeg, Carman, Beausejour, and Lower Fort Garry.

Thanks! I can't get them made very fast but I love the history part - and if I can get a train to show up in that history even better!

@@TravelsWithBill That’s why Railfanning is my hobby not because of locomotive but more about the history of the line history of the locomotive and history of the company

Does anyone out there know of F units for sale?

It would be great to have one for our museum too. If 6508 ever stops running I'd love to buy it for here and make a display out of it with the Royal Train story featured.
