“On Ten” explores Osaris‘s audacious plan to transform local illicit activities into legitimate enterprises. His strategy involves aligning with local figures who wield considerable influence on the streets. However, Osaris is well aware of the moral and physical dangers this path entails. As he dives deeper into this complex web, the young visionary must navigate the challenges of his ambitions, questioning whether the cost of success might betray the very principles of empowerment and prosperity that Black Wall Street stood for.
